Pop up when click on a button

Hello, please could you help me?
I’ve added a pop up id to a button in my navigation menu (Attend Open Evening), however the pop up opens straight after loading a page and once closed, it won’t open when I click on the button.

The current popup also change my home page styling background colours

We checked your site but don’t see any popups loading on the homepage.

Is it currently disabled? As for your questions, please see below:

The pop up opens straight after loading a page – The trigger must have been set to Time Delay/Auto. Please change the trigger to Click Open.

once closed, it won’t open when I click on the button – It’s either because the trigger was not set to Click Open, or there’s a cookie linked to the trigger. Please see: ‘Cookies’ option settings – Popup Maker Documentation (wppopupmaker.com)

Hi Kim,

Thanks for your message.

I’ve checked the settings and have the trigger as click open, no cookies set. I’ve added #popmake-2639 in the menu link. Still unfortunately doesn’t open on click.
