Pop Up window?

We sell a product that has a few color options. So I am trying to create a table that would pop up in the center of the screen showing the different color options. I am not sure if there is a plug in to do this or not? I would like the table to be linked to a button that says “available colors”. Then the customer would click the button and the color table would appear? Any ideas? I am new to this and don’t have a whole lot of knowledge.
