Pop up with shortcode

    Hi there,

    I have a customized wordpress site and I cant seem to get the pop-up builder to show anything. Ive added the shortcode like this: <?php do_shortcode('[sg_popup id="39" event="onLoad"][/sg_popup]'); ?> directly to my index.php and even though that popup with that ID exists I cant get it to work. Ive disabled all my plugins and disabled caching on my webserver but still no luck.
