Popular Posts causing 403

    occasionally 403 happen on wp-json/popular-post and prevent the counting and loading of the popular posts in the sidebar.

    before we’ve updated to wordpress 6.4.1. we’ve implemented the following caching excludes:

    /wp-content/plugins/hoewp-cvj/assets/img/notra.gif*
ww.cvj.ch*
*popular-posts$
^/wp-json/wordpress-popular-posts*
^/en/wp-json/wordpress-popular-posts*
/wp-json/wordpress-popular-posts/v1/popular-posts*
/en/wp-json/wordpress-popular-posts/v1/popular-posts*

    After the Update to WP 6.4.1 the Plugin seemed incompatible with the WP version so we’ve implemented the following: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/popular-posts-disapeared-after-wp6-4-update/#post-17184312

    Wich at first seemed to be a solution, but we still have 403 problems with the Plugin.

    What else could we do?

    Our setup is:

    LiteSpeed Server, PHP 8.0.3 WordPress 6.4.1, Theme SmartMag version: 9.3.0, Elementor Pro 3.17.0, LiteSpeed Cache 5.7.0.1, Redis Objekt Cache 2.4.4, Custom Sidebars 3.36, WP Popular Posts 6.3.3, WPML (Different Domain Per Language)
