Hi @pinkkatie,
Just checked your site and noticed that you have Data Sampling enabled. Do you happen to know how many visitors does your site get per day in average? Doesn’t need to be an exact number, an approximate will do.
Also, please share a screenshot of your Debug screen (Settings > WordPress Popular Posts, click on the Debug link at the top center of your screen.)
We average about 100 visitors a day according to Jetpack. Here’s the screen shot of the debug page.
I think I see what the error is, but I might be wrong. It is set with a data sampling of 100. Most posts are sub 100 while others can get up to 300+ views. I’ll probably have to wait until it gets more data to populate the number of posts.
Yep, that’s probably it. Your website doesn’t get enough traffic yet to use the Data Sampling feature so you should disable it for now. You’ll want to enable Data Sampling once your traffic reaches 10,000 visitors or more per day.
Also, if you’re using some sort of caching mechanism (a caching service provided by your hosting, etc.) you’ll want to clear its cache after disabling Data Sampling for changes to make effect.
Thanks for you help. Sorry that I’m a little computer illiterate. 🙂
It’s alright, no need to apologize. We’re all learners here 🙂
If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to ask, alright?
