    I took down WP Popular Posts, but I would like to put it back up. I had a problem ever since version 5.2.3 came out, I think. It is showing only one page for me instead of the ten popular posts that I tell it to show in the widget. I’m not sure what is wrong. I tried disabling plugins one by one to see if there is a conflict, but there doesn’t seem to be.

    Hi @pinkkatie,

    Just checked your site and noticed that you have Data Sampling enabled. Do you happen to know how many visitors does your site get per day in average? Doesn’t need to be an exact number, an approximate will do.

    We average about 100 visitors a day according to Jetpack. Here’s the screen shot of the debug page.

    I think I see what the error is, but I might be wrong. It is set with a data sampling of 100. Most posts are sub 100 while others can get up to 300+ views. I’ll probably have to wait until it gets more data to populate the number of posts.

    Yep, that’s probably it. Your website doesn’t get enough traffic yet to use the Data Sampling feature so you should disable it for now. You’ll want to enable Data Sampling once your traffic reaches 10,000 visitors or more per day.

    Also, if you’re using some sort of caching mechanism (a caching service provided by your hosting, etc.) you’ll want to clear its cache after disabling Data Sampling for changes to make effect.
