WSW1 – Populating fields on checkout

Various Fields are not re-populated once customer accepts the Shipping quote and goes to checkout page

I added an item and completed , BUT we only use the Billing address , as most of our customers seem to have the same shipping as the billing – so that option is OFF and defaults to Billing address and the customer has to select the “deliver to a different address” and tick that box – Now when admin approves the shipping request and goes to checkout page – The delivery address NO Longer has the Name Name , Last Name , Company (which i filled in) or Phone number populates as was orginally

This fields are NOT filled in on the shipping address on woocommerce checkout – and i suspect you are using the shipping address information

I tried filling in the Shipping address details , and on the shipping address details

These fields are NOT populated (which i did fill in before making the request a quote

ON Both Shipping and Billing

Name Name , Last Name , Company (which i filled in)

On Shipping the

NOTES field is also not filled in (as i originally entered)

ON Billing the phone number is NOT filled in (as i originally entered)

Please check my last version. Now checkout fields are pre-populated from the requested quote.

now tried with the delivery address completed as well

and I get this

yep , and my checkout has crashed as shown , so cant use the site at the moment !!!!!!

How to this happen? Would you share me your steps?

Disable this plugin for 15 hours. I’ll resolve it. Please share the steps

ok, not sure

i have deleted ALL the cookies for this website

and we seem to now get a proper checkout

i use some test products – so you are welcome to go and see

this one HAS NO shipping class added – SO would always need to use the request a quote

i have been modifying a script on the site , so people can follow the steps – WHICH are on the item

IF NO DELIVERY – then the steps are

Delivery/Packing is NOT included
- Delivery & Packing Quote:
  - Add the item(s) to your basket and proceed to checkout
  - Complete your delivery address details
  - Use the “Request a Delivery & Packing Quote” option – “Request a Quote” link
  - We will email a link with a price – Use the link to add the price to your basket & continue with your purchase
- Collection:
  - For collection from Goldenlands Farm, Punch Bowl Lane, Dorking, Surrey, UK, RH5 4DX select “Collection” and call 07770 836 457 to arrange a time
- For other Enquiries;
  - Use the Enquiry button below, or email [email protected], or call 07770 836 457
- - Please read our Delivery and Returns Policy
  - For Hire cost – Please use the Enquiry button below or call 07770 836 457 or Email [email protected]
If there is a Delivery option the steps are

Still faulty on the old cart details – i will make the plugin inactive …… you may want to cancel the update – incase it crashes all your other active clients …..

or release the last version and i will update, back version that worked today

i was about to delete the shipping quote in admin and try again with no cookies – when i saw your request – so stopped and added 9 to quote

After clicking on complete order button from email, I am not seeing any fatal error on your website
