There are two ways to do this, depending on if you want it to show only once at all or keep showing to the user until they actually close it and then stop showing.

For that second case:

– edit your popup and go to its “Behavior” settings
– look for section “Closing behavior” and under “Behavior” label you’ll find drop-down option to select if popup should keep showing up after it’s closed or if it should not show up anymore on this particular post/page or if it should not show up at all across the site
– you’ll also be able to set for how long this rule should apply (e.g. for a year or a month)

For that first case, you’ll need additional visibility condition:

– edit your popup and go to its “Visibility” settings
– add a condition and from available options choose “Number of times visitor has seen this module”
– select condition “If seen less then” and set “number of views” to 1

You can of course combine both these settings too.
