Popup Activation

I must preface this by saying that I am not the most tech-savvy person, but I see how this plug-in should be very easy to implement and I think I’m missing something. I have followed all instructions listed but the subscription box is still not popping up on my site. I tried adding the widget, but that was only for the subscription box on the sidebar, which I already have. I downloaded the plugin, activated it, updated my settings, is there something else I need to do for it to popup for visitors?
