It seems that this is a conflict between our plugin and your premium theme.
We do not have access to your theme so we recommend consulting with your theme support team.
Here is what theme support said:
“It looks like your popup plugin is somehow removing the javascript events on the menu (and likely everything else on your page), so nothing works after it closes.”

Sorry to say but it seems that our plugin Popup form might not be compatible with your theme.
Without a copy of your theme to test with, we are unable to provide a proper fix for this issue.
