    Hi!

    My Popup looks nice in desktop – but the images are loading really slow? Also, in mobile the radio buttons looks strange. How do I fix this?

    Regards,

    /Kristina

  • Dear @krizzmo1 ,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.
    Let us assist you with all of your inquiries.

    Please, place the following as your content image URL.

    https://midnatthome.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/logga-300×60.jpeg

    As for the close button: please, resize it. In any case it won’t be shown as large so there is no need to have a large image like that for the close button. We have already reduced the size of the image, but here it is in any case. https://prnt.sc/swlaol

    Regarding the radio buttons: please, insert the following code in the custom CSS field.

    .sgpb-popup-builder-content-22136 .mc4wp-form-fields label {display:inline-block;}

    We also checked your website and noticed a speed issue there. We saw a request from WooCommerce that doesn’t get a response and that’s the reason for the loading issue.

    Please, get back to us so we know the issues have been fixed for you.

    Thanks beforehand.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick response. The radio buttons doesn’t change. I can’t attach an image, but the round selection symbols are big and square.

    Also – didn’t change anything on the loading of close- and logo.

    /Kristina
