    Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with Popup Builder and W3 Total Cache. Every time we activate a pop-up, we have to clear the cache for the pop-up to become visible. Conversely, when we deactivate a pop-up, we have to clear the cache again for the pop-up to disappear.

When we deactivate the page cache in W3 Total Cache, the pop-up appears or disappears as expected.

How can we exclude Popup Builder from the page cache?

Thank you in advance for your help.
    Best regards

    Hello @near03 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

This behavior occurs because W3 Total Cache is caching the page before Popup Builder can load or remove the popup. Unfortunately, Popup Builder cannot be fully excluded from page caching, and there is no built-in option to make popups bypass the cache.

The only reliable workaround is to disable page caching on the specific pages where popups should appear, or to exclude those pages manually in W3 Total Cache. Otherwise, the cache will need to be cleared each time a popup is activated or deactivated.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, I’m here to help.
