I unfortunately didn’t recognize the charge from Paddle.net and told Amex to cancel the charge which happened to be for the annual subscription to Popup Builder. The license was deactivated. Now I can’t deactivate the Plugin. I can’t load and activate a new version of the Plugin and I can’t re-subscribe to the plugin for reasons I don’t understand. The web host says the plugin has to be fixed by its developer but they don’t seem to be available. Really Simple Security has quarantined all of the Popup Builder plugins. This is a mess and I’m stuck. Does anyone know this can be remedied short of going into cPanel and manually making the changes? Thank you.

    Hi @chrismroch

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since the billing issue relates to premium support, I recommend contacting our support team through the dedicated support forum: https://help.popup-builder.com/en/. They will be able to assist you with any billing-related concerns.

Regarding plugin deactivation, you can do this via cPanel or by deleting the plugin folder from your directory. Please note that doing so will result in the loss of any saved popups or subscription data.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
