    Working on Elementor, not Pro.
Only Envato Elements and Elementor plugins activated.
    Working on Chrome public browser
Tested on Chrome private browser and Internet Explorer, or whatever it’s called now.

On this page, I’ve set the Mailing list button as a trigger.
I’ve followed all instructions to get the selector.
    It doesn’t work.
I’ve followed the instructions to create a trigger button and found the link.
The trigger button doesn’t open the popup either.
I’ve tried them both on and one over the other.
    It just won’t work.

This page also has an auto popup.
I disabled this popup thinking because it’s the free version, I can’t have two popups on one page. It still didn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lonewolfbusiness

    I hope you’re well today!

The fact that there is another Hustle popup shouldn’t be an issue here. Most likely it’s about the CSS class/ID used to trigger the popup in question or there’s some additional conflict.

Could you try setting this exact string as CSS selector under the “click on existing element” option (which has to be enabled) in your popup behavior settings?

    #mailing-list-button

If it doesn’t help (or it’s already set that way) could you please take screenshots of

    – “Pop-up Trigger” settings in “Behavior” configuration of your popup
    – and “Visibility” settings of your popup

and share these screenshots with us here?

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Problem solved!
For some reason, the Visibility was set to show if ANY. I changed it to ALL and it appeared. The Behavior setting was correct since I followed the directions in the documentation.
