Hi! Thanks for reporting the issue. We’ll try to reproduce it locally and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Hi again! We tried to reproduce the issue locally, but the plugin is working as expected. We believe that, perhaps, there’s a compatibility issue with the theme you’re using or your installed plugins.
Would you please be so kind to share with us the URL of your site, so that we can see the error in place and work out what’s amiss?
Thanks!
I’ve sent credentials by e-mail right now.
Thanks
I didn’t get your email. Could you please resend it to support at nelio software dot com? Thanks!
Hi, how can I send the credentials?
Hi, create a user in your WordPress site with the following email: support at neliosoftware dot com. We should receive an email to reset the password afterwards.
Hi, Joana. Thanks for the credentials. We look at your site and, as far as we can tell, there’s a compatibility issue with your theme (Savoy).
Essentially, when you add a product to a cart, WooCommerce runs a filter that updates some information (known as “fragments”) in the browser. Our plugin relies on this to know which products are on the cart and trigger the popup when necessary. However, it looks like Savoy uses its own method for adding products in your store’s cart, which results in these “fragments” being undefined.
If you’d like us to take a closer look at the issue and try to figure out a solution, please send us a ZIP copy of your theme, so that we can run a few tests on our development environment.
Thanks!
Thank you for the explanation.
Considering this, is it possible to ask for a refund? Because I had urgency on this issue and that’s why I looked for the plugin. At this point it’s late because I wanted to sell a specific collection and it’s almost ending now.
Sure! I just proceeded with the refund. You should have received an email.
BTW, if you can send us a zip file with the theme, we would like to try to fix it anyway.
