I also had some problems and found a fix. I could get the exit-intent popup to come up the first time I made some settings, but then when I changed the integration settings, it stopped coming up. Deleting and re-installing the plugin did not work. Also, a plugin called Options Optimizer did not help me either. This plugin allows you to delete plugin data that are not actually deleted, even after a plugin is uninstalled. Popup ally does leave some things behind, like other plugins do too. Anyway, this did not help.
What finally did work is clearing all my browser history and clearing the cache on my caching plugin. I don’t know which of these did it, since I did both at once, but now it works. Okay, well, technically, I also did that Options Optimizer thing first, then cleared browser, then caching plugin cache. Something between all of that makes the pop up show now.
