That’s odd, it should have worked at least when the SMTP was configured. Could you please install the Email Log plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/
And then give a test and see how that goes? If the email is sent from the Hustle or from any plugins it would be picked in the Email log plugin side.
If the emails are logged on the Email log plugin side then I’m afraid the issue might be more related to the SMTP configuration or with the Email host.

Did you test by installing the Email Log plugin as mentioned in the initial response? Are the emails picked in the Email log plugin?
If the emails are detected in the email log plugin then it would mean that the Forminator plugin is initiating the action of sending the emails without any issue.
You’ll have to check with your hosting provider in such a case, as the issue might be more related to your host.

There aren’t any email in Email Log, i contacted my hosting provider, they said me that problem is plugin. Because normally i send and receive email, but plugin doesn’t send that
