Across site, something seems to be blocking it. I have switched it off for now because, after the popup visibility delay time, scrolling is disabled. Can you see what’s blocking it?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I can see there is a JavaScript error from the theme which can cause issues on other plugins that depend on jQuery:

As first troubleshooting can you create a staging website https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ or Full Backup, switch your theme to any default WordPress theme and check if the issue is gone?
