Where did you insert a shortcode?
Insert shortcode in content
I inserted the short code in page content as simple text.
Now I added a little text to show where!
This is strange.
Do you have plugins, which control cache or connection scripts and styles ?
I have to agree, this plugin doesn’t work.
I set the modal to be displayed on the link of a button, then I put the following link on the page:
Link Txt
Then I embedded the shortcode into the header as so:
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[Wow-Modal-Windows id=1]’);?>
What I ended up with was the modal content displaying INLINE on the page at the top of my website where it gets rendered from the header.php code. The link does nothing.
Wordpress version : 4.7.2
Plugin Version: 2.3.3
No, I ended up removing your plugin and using a different one. The theme I was using, in case that has any bearing is Fortuna. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Does your plugin make some external calls? Because my server doesn’t allow connection with third part sites if I don’t put them in a white list!
