Are you by any chance using a caching plugin or caching setting via your hosting provider? Please provide us with the page URL where you have the popup displaying and also export the popup(go to popup and click on gear icon and then export), upload it to a drive and share with us the link here.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I’m not sure if that’s it, but I’m using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. My website is: [ redundant link removed ]. I cannot export the popup because it is not showing up from my wordpress. This error has been noticed by visitors.

Sorry, by this you mean you don’t have access to WordPress dashboard?
You would need to access the module dashboard to export it https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#module-dashboards

Thank you for the export.
I checked this on a test site but was unable to replicate the issue. The only issue that I was able to notice is that the Closing Behavior is configured to reset in 15 minutes, which means the pop-up will again show up if the user is visiting the site after 15 minutes.

If this is not what causes the issue on your site, please makes sure to clear all the cache as we have mentioned in our previous response and check if that helps.
