Popup Form Button Shortcode – Does Not Work

When was the last time the popup feature was tested? Is there any known issues with this? I have followed the instructions in the documentation ( https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/user-registration-pro/#how-to-add-a-popup-to-the-menu ) and the popup just automatically displays on page load. No button is created. I am using a shortcode like this:
[user_registration_popup id=”4200″ type=”button” button_text=”Register Me”]

I am using the Divi theme builder but this shouldn’t be an issue. Most any shortcode I use in the builder works.

Any ideas on what may be going wrong?
