I am reaching out to address a specific issue I’ve encountered with the 10Web Booster plugin on my WordPress site. I’ve noticed that when the plugin is active, the images within my popups are not loading properly. Instead of the actual images, a preloader placeholder is displayed.

I have already attempted to resolve this by excluding the 4 CSS files associated with the plugin from being optimized by 10Web Booster. Unfortunately, this has not remedied the situation.

I’m seeking a solution that allows me to keep the performance optimizations of 10Web Booster without compromising the functionality of my popups. Could you please provide guidance on how to configure the plugin to prevent this conflict, or suggest any specific settings that could exclude the popup images from being affected by the plugin’s optimization process?

I have disabled the 10Web Booster plugin for now. To preview the version optimized with 10Web Booster append ?twbooster=1 to your URL.

EDIT: I managed to fix it by manually writing CSS with !importants to put a background-image. Not the ideal way but it works.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It’s the Booster plugin’s lazy load feature that’s causing the issue. Brave popup images already have a lazyload feature built-in. Can you please check if the Booster plugin has any option to exclude image class/IDs from being lazy loaded?
