Popup keeps appearing

    I’d like to show the popup only once to visitors but it keeps appearing every time the site is re-opened.

    Settings:
    Enable popups for logged in users? : Yes
    Enable only one popup across the site (sitewide)? : Yes
    How long should it be until your visitors see the popup again after they agree? : 878400
    Not using shortcode
    Free version of plugin
    Hosted on Linux with nginx as reverse proxy

    Behaviour (tested with not logged in visitor)
    Visit site
    Popup appears > click to agree
    Browse / Close browser window
    Visit site
    Popup appears again

    Any tips on fixing this are appreciated – thank you!

    Hi Edith,

    Sorry you’re running into trouble.

    Are you running any caching plugins on your site? That can cause conflicts with WP Terms Popup.
