Popup Maker

Hello,
On my web site, the plugin “Popup Maker” doesn’t work. I followed these instructions : https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/332-test-whether-a-plugin-or-theme-interferes-with-popup-maker
The conclusion is the following : “If the problem resolves, then you know that your theme is the source of the problem.”
In my case, the problem comes from Rife-Free. How can I fix it ?
