Popup Maker Blocking WPForms Submission

Hello,

Something happened during a recent update, not sure which one.

Have integrated a popup maker with a WPForms donation submission. This form worked perfectly in the past, perhaps two months ago? Only discovered it recently that the submission now fails.

What is odd is that popup maker is causing this submission failure even on pages that are not using the popup (https://lotuscentersc.org/test-wpform-donation/).

Have made many tests to confirm the conflict is with the popup maker—once it is deactivated the form works.

Have looked through settings to see where the conflict might be occurring and not finding any way to fix this issue.

What can you suggest on how to get popup maker working with wpforms?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with Popup Maker.

We tested your form using Paypal as a payment method and we were able to trigger the checkout window.

Thanks for testing and sending your feedback.

This particular issue happens when the form is a WPForm, regardless of whether it is in a popup (https://lotuscentersc.org/giving-options/giving-options-one-time-donation/) or on a page (https://lotuscentersc.org/test-wpform-donation/).

The problem occurs not with the popup appearing—that is working. It happens when all the information is set for a credit card and the Donate button is pressed. Both the page with the popup and the page with just the form fail to process.

Have tested many possibilities with settings both in Popup Maker and WPForms to make this work and nothing does, so far. Tested Square settings in various ways, too.

Once Popup Maker plugin is deactivated, the page with the form processes correctly, so it appears that there is a conflict with Popup Maker and WPForms. Perhaps this is a javascript or ajax conflict between the two plugins?
