Popup not loading template

When clicking on the link, popup opens not loading the template selected. It just shows the content on the post but not the title or feature img, nor inside the container it should, it’s just hanging inside the modal-content div.
This happened after updating the settings for the plugin on the cms (only set to 0 the breakpoint for the popup)
