Hi:
You have a couple of options.
1. You can simply insert the submit-ticket shortcode inside of any popup plugin – an example is shown here: https://getawesomesupport.com/show-ticket-form-popup/
2. You can use our REMOTE TICKETS add-on that uses a popup form with basic ticket fields. Learn more about that add-on here: https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/remote-tickets/
Thanks!

Hi,
I am not sure if the options above do have the desired outcome.
Yes, you can insert [ticket-submit] and [tickets] in a popup in Popup Maker. But when the user clicks on a ticket in the Tickets List, he is redirected to another page and not to a popup. I hope I got this right, this is what my tests are showing up…
So is it possible to have a user open his ticket in a popup?
Thank you,
Andrei
Ah, I see, you want the ticket lists as well in a popup. Unfortunately, we do not have that feature and, as you’ve seen, it can’t be done using a popup plugin.
Sorry about the bad news on this.

Ok. It would be really usefull to have such a feature in a future version 🙂
Thank you,
