• Hi team,

Firstly, brilliant plugin and I wish this was built in by default to WordPress.

Anyway I do have a problem and wish to resolve it. When I’m editing the status of a post (using inline editor), I then go and add an ‘internal note’ (an ACF field) for that same post. As soon as I’m about 3 letters into typing my internal note another column (this time an ACF dropdown) field pops up in the left top corner of my screen. I have to close that popup, refresh my page and begin typing my internal note again. (Sadly I look at my keyboard when typing so don’t realise what’s happened until after I’ve typed it all out, only to realise I’m going to have to type it all out again.)

It’s always the same field that pops up, always in the same location, and always when I’m typing the internal note but after I’ve changed the status.

I hope this makes sense. And also hope that you are able to assist please.

    Hi

Thanks for your message and the kind words about the plugin, much appreciated!

To better understand what’s happening here, could you please share a short screencast of the issue? That will help us see exactly what’s going on and reproduce it on our end.

Also, could you let us know if you’re using the inline edit feature from Admin Columns Pro, or the default WordPress Quick Edit functionality?

If you’re using Admin Columns Pro, please send the screencast to [email protected], as the ww.wp.xz.cn forum is intended for the free version only.
