Popup & Widget to Refresh

    Hi Brian @picocodes,

    Once the visitor signs up using the “PopUp”, and after the success message is displayed, the success message stays on the screen and there’s no option to close the message box [X] EXCEPT pressing the “Esc” key on the laptop/desktop.
    Is it possible that the Success message box is refreshed automatically after 1 or 2 seconds delay? Please let me know.

    Similarly the Subscription Widget, after displaying the success message should reset automatically after 1 or 2 seconds? The widget is seen both on Mobiles & Desktop.

    Secondly, if someone signs up again with the previously subscribed email address, the Popup and Widget should be able to display a message that you are already subscribed & then the message box should be refreshed/reset after 1 or 2 seconds.

    Please let me know if there’s a workaround.

    Hi Manish,

    I get what you are requesting. Currently, there is no workaround. You can close a popup by clicking anywhere outside the popup, but I’ve added a task to include a close button too.

    The success messages will also disappear after 2 seconds (in all forms).

    I’ve also added a task to inform the user that they are already subscribed to the newsletter.

    The above should be available in the next release. You can follow it’s progress here (https://github.com/hizzle-co/noptin/issues/171)
