Popup with confirmation message

    Hi!
    I want to know if, with this plugin, can to do something like this:
    I want a popup with a required form email and when you click on “send” (to registrer on the newsletter) show you a confirmation popup (thanks to registrer on this)
    but I don´t know how can I do this.
    Do I need the premium version?.
