    Hi @aseel29 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I tested your form, and I’m not seeing the first two issues you mentioned. When I click inside the form fields, the popup stays open as expected, and validation errors also appear correctly when submitting an incomplete form, as you can see in this screencast: https://a.supportally.com/v/kvrrV1

For the third issue regarding email notifications, to troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

About the fourth issue, if you close the popup without submitting and reopen it without refreshing the page, the form fields will still show the previous data — this is standard browser behavior. However, after submitting the form and refreshing the page, the old data no longer appears, which matches what I see during testing.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi @aseel29 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!
