    i want to disable the popup from this page but when i am trying use expect condition it disapperaing from all the pages

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    We have noticed that caching is currently enabled on your site.
    We strongly believe the issue is being caused by the page being cached.

    So, please clear all the caches and exclude the link, where the given popup is enabled.
    After clearing caches, please check the case with different browsers or an Incognito Mode.

    Please check this and let us know the outcome.

    Hello it work on other page properly but when i am open home page popup not show
    i have only exclude the thank you page but the home page also getting excluded i thing so it not showing on home page

    We have checked and noticed that the “Show on Home page” option is not enabled.
    Please check if this is the case on your end.

    If it is disabled, kindly enable it.
