@saleshigher – If there are no JS errors on those pages I would check to see if the popup you want is loaded in the footer html. If not then it is likely a condition issue.

@saleshigher – Hmm are the pages its not working on using a custom template by chance that doesn’t include wp_footer()? Not typical but happens.

No, it’s a standard Divi site with no modification. Everything seems to work fine on most of the pages. Just a few popups don’t work.
One thing I noticed is that the pages that work tend to have the popup assigned to only a few pages. The ones that don’t work have the popup assigned to 10 to 30 pages. Would that account for the issue?
Might just be coincidence…?

Found the problem!
Somehow the pages that were supposed to have triggers on them got the page removed in the conditions section. Not sure how that could have happened, but at least it is resolved now.
