Popups dont work

    Hi, I try add popup…. I insert shortcode:

    
[fluentform_modal form_id="3" btn_text="Click Me"]

    but popups not work…. where my mistake?

    Hello @yessoftmk,

    Sorry for the delayed response. We have a dedicated support channel where we provide support within 24 hours.

    Anyway, regarding your query, we tested the modal on our end and it worked fine. I am guessing on your site there might be some other plugins that might be blocking the modal. Can you please check if any caching or security plugins are creating any conflicts or not. You can try deactivating those plugins and test again.
