To investigate this issue further, I imported the pop-up to a test site but could not replicate the issue. I checked and confirmed the pop-up is showing up on posts and pages as per your configuration.
Further checking, I noticed a lot of javascript errors in the browser console for the URL that you have shared. Can you please try a conflict test to ensure no other plugin is conflicting and causing an issue?
