Popups of Team widget not showing

    Hi,

    I’ve created a block with “Team” widget in an url. The block works ok on mobiles and PCs with Chrome navigator, but in PCs with Firefox the popups are not shown when you clic.

    Is it a plugin bug? Or.. how can I resolve it?

    Thanks for contacting us and extremely sorry for the late response

    I can understand the issue you are having with. This issue can happen due to cache. Please clear the cache from your site and browser. If you are using any caching plugin please keep it disabled for some time. Hope the issue will be solved. By the way, I have checked your website. Now it is working with Chrome and Firefox. I hope your issue is solved.

    Hi.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I’ve tested deactivating plugin W3Total Cache and then works ok.

    After I’ve tried to reactivate the cache plugin, and deactivating and returning to activate the “no block and to use async for JS minification” now returns to work ok.

    I’ll wait a days to watch what happens…
