Popups stats doesn’t works

Hi,

I’m using Hustle plugin but there is a problem with popup’s stats. There is no conversion and only few views whereas users click on it.

What’s the problem ? Thanks for your help 🙂

Hello @pierrepineau5 ,

Would you mind exporting your pop-up and sharing it with us? Also, you are sure that pop-up has more conversions than what’s in the stats?
To export the pop-up click the gear icon on the module as shown on the screenshot

Hello, thanks for your reply.

The CTA of the popup redirects to a Tally form. I have enabled the popup on several pages of my website where there is traffic.

Hi @pierrepineau5,

To debug this issue further, I exported the form to a test website but was unable to notice the mentioned issue. The conversion statistics are working fine as expected, here is a screenshot from my end: https://ibb.co/Y8WBXcq

Do you have any cache enabled for this website? If yes, can you please clear all the cache and re-check if the conversion statistics are showing up?
