    Hello,

I have noticed that the crawler will not run due to “port_test_failed”. v7.8.1; php:8.3.30.

Any help and guidance is appreciated! Please let me know where to send logs for review.

    Thanks

  • Please confirm if you have set the correct server/Host IP at LSCWP > General > [2] General Settings
If not, then please enter your server IP, save changes, and see how it goes.

please go to toolbox-> debug setting -> set debug log to ON , debug level to advance , debug include URI, add async_litespeed , then go to log view , clean up existing log if any

then run the manual crawl again , once you see it fail with this error again , go to log view again , copy paste and share the log by https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/
