Portfolio Page Launch Plugin?

    Does anyone know of any plugin that enables me to make a portfolio page (not a post, nor a page, a portfolio page) live at specific times whenever I make updates. WordPress gives me the ability to launch new portfolio pages like that, but never the same pre-existing portfolio page that I just want to make an update on.

    Any suggestions?
