Portfolio Tags

Hello
is there a way to add a Portfolio Tags to multi images at the same time without to open all one by one , I have about 400 images in my media library and for example I need 216 with a special Portfolio Tags so I can select them better is there a way to do that all at once or do I need to click each image and do it one by one
