    if still can help this is how I moved the button in the left-bottom corner:

    customizing -> custom CSS

    paste the following code:

    .fb_customer_chat_bubble_pop_in {
    bottom:10px!important;
    left:10px;
    }

    play around with CSS to find the desired position.
