Hi,

I think this plugin is brilliant. Saves loads of time adding several pages.

I have an issue with the Position. Whether I select top or bottom it still showing out of alignment. Please see screenshot.

It should be a theme problem, could you post the url so I can try to identify the CSS issue?

You have some definitions for the #toc id in your citygov style theme on line 5106 that are messing up Multipage Plugin. Remove them and the Table of Contents should be ok.
