Position Task Book (PTB)

We have a Position Task Book (PTB) that is a print and fill in book and I need to create a web-based form that can be filled out by each user with some steps that have to be approved by the leadership team. The AUXC Position Task Book (PTB) documents the performance criteria a trainee must meet to be certified for the AUXC position. The performance criteria are associated with core NQS competencies, behaviors, and tasks. The fundamental abilities and knowledge that are essential for a particular job or role to integrate with the served agencies we support. At this time, it is recommended that they start a new Task Book once they have submitted a completed PTB to a served agency and then begin a new PTB to move through the reauthorization process with a different served agency. This is a very cumbersome and a time-consuming process that we are trying is streamline. We hope to have a PTB that in linked to the user and can be viewed by our leadership and all our approved served agencies to assist in the vetting of each user. The ability view individual users progress as well as group of users progress and to also print out a current PTB for a user to carry with then in their go kit.
