You are incorrect.
You can import WooCommerce product prices, SKUs, and product images with the free version of WP All Import and free version of the WooCommerce add-on.
It sounds like you forgot to install the (free) WooCommerce add-on. You can get that here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-xml-csv-product-import/
I was able to test out my imports with a custom plugin on their site. Worked great!
