Possible Bug – Plugin Purging Wrong Category

    Hello,

    I believe I’ve encountered an unexpected behavior in the plugin. It appears to be purging the wrong category for some posts — often defaulting to the “Uncategorized” category (https://hypeya.xyz/category/non-classe/) even when the post has a proper category assigned.

    Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

    Hello,

    When you purge the cache for a specific post, we also purge the pages that are related to it (taxonomies, author URL, archive page).

    I understand this feature, my point is that the plugin seems to be purging the default ‘Uncategorized’ category instead of the actual selected category for a post.

    Got it. In your logs, besides the cleanup of the posts with IDs 2193 and 2194 and their related content, there was also a purge triggered by the Preloader (via log message cache_controller::start_cache_preloader_for_specific_urls).

    When you perform a cache purge, the Preloader also purges its own set of preloaded pages, which are separate from the specific post you purged. You can disable this behavior via the “Automatically preload the pages you have purged from cache” option in the Advanced tab.

    Hello, i’m back with this topic, and I still have the issue. It appears to be purging the wrong category — defaulting to the “Uncategorized” category (https://hypeya.xyz/category/fuera-de-serie/) even when the post has a proper category assigned.
