    Greetings
I correctly installed Forminator on a wordpress site. When I learned later that Paypal button cannot be used as a conditional on a contact form, I deleted the paypal button only to discover that the Submit/Send button is gone from the contact form with no visible ways to re-add it. If I overlooked something, I am unable to detect it. Is there a solution for this or do I have to completely create a new contact form?

  • Hi @haserb,

I tried replicating this by adding and removing PayPal but I’m afraid that I can’t see any issues, the submit button became available instantly.

Could you go to Forminator panel and for your form in question click on gear icon and then export to get the export file.
Upload that file to any file sharing service like GDrive or DropBox and share it here so we can import it on our end and see what might be going on.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

I had a similar issue when adding the Paypal button. Neither the Paypal button or the submit button showed up upon adding the button, but when I removed it the submit button showed up.

    Hello @miche11e

Could you maybe export your form like Predrag mentioned above and share it here with us in order to further troubleshoot?

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
