Possible Email Validation Error

    Hi there,

    We just set up our site and purchased the premium ($99) version of this plugin. We are noticing with our mousetracker program that a lot of people that are trying to enter are getting the “email already subscribed” message. It seems to be giving that more often than it should. Almost 25% of our entrants were seeing that message.

    I suppose it’s possible that people are trying to enter again, but they kept trying that same email address as if they were confused as to why it was saying that.

    Any help??

    We also have a few other customizations that we would like done. Can we pay you to help us out?

    Hi Nathan, that is true. They are trying to enter the giveaway multiple times (maybe even to get “free fake” entry points).

    We have started a conversation through email, so I’ll just set this as solved.
