possible wp_options cleanup

First of all great plugin, much appreciated!

Aside from minor quirks here and there, already listed in posts below, there’s this one thing driving me mad every single time I have to migrate a site for a client.

You seem to store a lot of HTML in wp_options table, which is theoretically all fine, except for image paths. Is there any reason for hardcoding domain names there? Since it’s all serialised, it’s a pain to update when changing domains.
