I’m facing a problem using this amazing plugin. I have installed and activated Happy Elementor Addons and selected only grid module to make my page design easier as I am developing a one page portfolio website. However, when I activate the plugin, my page is misconfigured. I have already deactivated the plugin and the page returns to normal.

I currently have a few plugins installed on my site, including Elementor and Elementor Pro, as well as Click to chat and GappyFiles. I also have other plugins installed like LiteSpeedCache and WP Cerber Security, Anti-span & Malware Scam but they are disabled.

I would like to ask for suggestions from you to solve this problem. Is there any conflict between these plugins and Happy Elementor Addons? What can I do to fix this issue and keep using this amazing plugin?

Thank you in advance for the help of everyone in the community and I hope to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Hi @pdmanaus,

We have a strong integration with the Elementor platform so there is almost no chance of conflict with Elementor.

Additionally, we have no integration or official compatibility with the rest of the plugins you have shared. In this case, a conflict test can find the culprit if there is a conflict with HappyAddons.

The following section provides instructions for determining if an issue you are experiencing is caused by a theme or plugin conflict.
    1. Theme Test
=> Switch to the default WordPress theme as we know that the default WordPress theme is coded properly. You can use the “Hello Elementor” theme as well. Now try again and see if the issue is still there. Take note if you see a difference in behavior after you have switched the theme. Switch back to the theme you were using.

    2. Plugin Test
If the theme didn’t have anything to do with the issue then move on to the plugins section. There are many WordPress plugins out there and not all of them are coded nicely so let’s see if you have a plugin installed that is not playing nice.

=> Try to deactivate the plugins except for Elementor and HappyAddons then check again. If you find HappyAddons is working ok with only when Elementor and HappyAddons are activated then there might be a plugin that is conflicting with the HappyAddons plugin. Now check which plugin is conflicting. Activate one by one or activate 5-10 plugins at a time and check your front end and try to reproduce the issue. I hope you will find the conflicting plugin.

    Let us know the update.

    Thank you.

    Goodnight

    Goodnight

Regarding the theme, I was already using Hello Elementor
With regard to the plugins that I mentioned, they were DEACTIVATED even though they were installed.
The only plugins activated other than Happy Addons for Elementor were elementor and el;ementor pro

    Hi @pdmanaus,

    Thank you for the update.

Are you using the Free version or the Pro version of HappyAddons as well? Is this issue occurring only on the front end or there is a backend issue as well? Let us know here.

Please follow the guidance below. Try one after another. Check every time after applying a step:

Step 1: If your site is running with HTTP only then please add an SSL certificate. Sometimes, Frontend design breaks for Mixed content issues. You can use the SSL content fixer plugin or you can contact your hosting provider.

Step 2: On the other hand, I hope you are using the latest version of Elementor (Free and Pro) along with HappyAddons Free & Pro(if you have one). If not, then Update your plugins along with the theme and WordPress version.

Step 3: Regenerate CSS: Navigate to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > General. Now, hit the Regenerate Files & Data button.

Please try the above solution first. I hope the issue will be resolved. In case, if the issue is still there, share more details and contact our technical team here.

    Thank you.
