Possible theme conflict

    Hi Tobias,
    Things were working fine until the 1.3 update. The theme shortcodes for table no longer work. Theme developers have referred me back to plugin developer. Any ideas?
    If I disable Tablepress the theme shortcodes work. see: http:// mlatc.org/tablepress
    Environment:
    Wordpress v3.8.1
    Tablepress v1.3
    Kallyas theme v3.5

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Well, most probably both TablePress and the theme now use the [table] Shortcode, which will not work of course.
    If you don’t need the theme Shortcode, that’s no problem. If you still want it however, then you’ll have to change the TablePress Shortcode to something else, e.g. [tp-table], by using the TablePress Extension from http://tablepress.org/extensions/table-shortcode/
