Possible to remane a plugin?

    I was wondering if it was possible to rename a plugin while renaming it’s update possibility.

    I have a plugin that’s called Extended Categories Widget and I would like to rename it to AVH Extended Categories Widget.

    Is is as simple to renaming the readme.txt line and the line in the main php file?
